Conduct of Sale: We execute all sales with professionalism and efficiency, aiming to sell every available item while optimizing revenue.
Security: We prioritize security measures, including the following:
Presence of off-duty police officers when necessary.
Our uniformed staff, are easily identifiable by their blue polo shirts bearing our company logo, further enhance security measures.
Disposal of Unsold Items: We offer various disposal options for unsold items, including donations to local charities and churches, consignments, or final buyouts.
Buyer Item Pickup: On-site purchases will be taken by buyer day of auction or can be picked up the next day at the site during specified times. Online purchases will be picked up at our place of business during specified times. Items not picked up by the designated time will be claimed as unsold and disposed according to above.
After the Auction: Our staff will leave the home in broom clean condition
Records and Receipts: All sold items are documented with an itemized receipt and seller will be paid according to contract terms.
